Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We do offer free shipping for orders Php2000 above

Can I modify/ cancel my order?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. Once order is placed, it is considered final as we
do not accept modification requests or cancellation.
Shipments are fulfilled as soon as your order is verified. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed
within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process, ship orders on
Saturdays and Sundays or on Holidays. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

What courier do you use?

We use J&T express for all our orders within & outside Metro Manila

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been shipped, delivery time is as follows
- Standard Metro Manila: 1-3 business days from the order date.
-Within Luzon, 2-5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5-10business days from the order date.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or peak season, this time may vary

Can I get free stickers?

Yes. Definitely. We normally send exclusive Blackgram stickers in every order.

How much is the shipping fee?

Depending on the weight and quantity
- 0g-500g 85php (NCR/Luzon), 95php (Visayas), 100php (Mindanao)
- 501g-1kg 100php (NCR/Luzon, 155php (Visayas), 165 (Mindanao)

What is your return policy?

Blackgram Studios offers returns on most merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.
If 7 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund
or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It
must also be in the original packaging and the tag must be attached. Please don't forget every return
must show complete picture of the conditions (brand new) and folded the clothes accordingly, and show
clothing tag, barcode & ziplock bag intact.
To return your product, please email us (hello@blackgramstudios.com) and someone from our support
service will review and get back to you shortly with a return label if your claim is approved. For any
other questions, feel free to contact our support –and they will assist you with your return. Please
always state the reason of your return in your email and your order number.

How do you process refunds?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on it at the moment and this option will be available very soon.
